Come and try the fantastic sport of Stand Up Paddle boarding known as SUP. Stand Up Paddle Boarding originated in Hawaii and is now one of the fastest growing watersports in the world.
SUP is easy to learn and we reckon that you will be standing up and paddling around in an hour. Our SUP instructors are qualified experienced watersports coaches and will make SUP fun to learn. SUP is great for all ages and an excellent family activity with everyone being able to get afloat and enjoy on water activities.
SUP is an excellent physical activity and will build and maintain core strength whilst increasing cardio-vascular fitness. Seaton Bay Watersports can offer Fitness paddling sessions along with Core Strength specific sessions.
Seaton Bay and the River Axe are ideal locations to SUP whether it's learning, improving or just enjoying being on the water. Flat water paddling, moving water and small waves are all present waiting to be enjoyed.
Seaton Bay Watersports will have a Stand Up Paddle board suitable for you. We use "Red" paddle boards which are renowned for their design and durability. Red paddle boards are inflatable boards that are perfectly suited for Seaton Bay and the River Axe. If you have not seen these boards before you will be amazed. They are rigid, easy to paddle and can be deflated to fold up small. Come along and try SUP at Seaton Bay Watersports.

All participants are required to wear a Buoyancy Aid which will be provided, if necessary wetsuits are also available. We recommend that you bring wetsuit boots/shoes or shoes that you do not mind getting wet as Seaton Beach is made up of pebbles and shingle. We have a range of "aqua" shoes for sale.
